As an OO, I can upload new users as team members

Organization Owners (OO) can upload a file containing new users as Team Members (TM) at ADMINISTRATION > Upload TMs:

This feature applies to new users—users registered already will be ignored. New users will be automatically registered in PMPeople and added as Team Members (TM) at the organization.

For those users already registered in PMPeople:

• Invite them from a resource pool.
• Invite them and assign them the Team Member role.
• Invite them and wait for them to use the Team Member role.

The uploading file must include the following columns:

• First name
• Last name.
• Email.
• Country.
• Initial password.
