As a PM, I can plan requirements
A project requirement is a condition or capability that is necessary to be present in a product, service, or result to satisfy a business need.
Project Managers (PM) and other managers (PMA, PMO, PfM, PgM), can plan the project deliverables at PLAN > Plan Scope > Requirements:

Requirements can be specified entering the following data:

- Name: The name assigned to the requirement.
- Description: Requirement description.
- Work Package: Work package including this requirement. It can be changed.
- Add Documentation Link: Supporting documents can be referenced as web links. Click the link to open the web page in a different browser tab.
Every project requirement belongs to one work package. Requirements can be added inside the corresponding work package. Enter PLAN > Plan Scope > Plan Work Packages, select a work package and click the “plus” icon [+] to add a new requirement for this work package:

Click the “downward” icon to open an existing requirement. Requirements can be deleted with the “Delete” button.
Any requirement can belong to a detail work package or to the project itself—work package #0.
Project Managers (PM) can read requirement names and descriptions with the mobile application:
