As a RM, I can review the Resource Pool dashboard

As a RM, I can review the dashboard for the Projects under the resource pool.

It shows the following counts :

  • Team Members : It shows the number of Team Members.
  • Reported Timesheets : It shows the number of reported timesheets.
  • Reported Expenses : It shows the number of reported expenses.
  • Approved Hours : It shows the total Approved Working Hours.
  • Approved Expenses : It shows the total approved amount of expenses.

RM-> Dashboard includes following charts :

  1. Timesheets : For the last six months, this chart displays the monthly hours (approved, rejected, submitted, or in progress) worked by team members.
  2. Expenses : For the last six months, this chart displays the monthly amount (approved, rejected, submitted, or in progress) spent by team members.
  3. Capacity : For the last six months, this chart displays the monthly work hours used per business unit, as well as the unused capacity.
  4. Headcount : For the last six months, this chart displays the evolution of the number of team members per job category.
  5. Utilization Rate : For the last six months, this chart displays the number of team members working less than 50% of month available hours, between 50% and 75%, between 75% and 90%, and over 90%.
  6. Multitasking : For the last six months, this chart displays the number of team members working at the same time in more than 5 project work packages, in 3 or 4, and below 2.
  7. Project Assignments : For the last six months, this chart displays the number of work packages assigned to team members, categorized by project health status.
  8. Task Assignments : For the last six months, this chart displays the number of tasks assigned to team members, categorized by task status.
  9. Feedback : Feedback on team members may come from any user with access to the project. Feedback data includes one section intended for the team member and another for managers. This chart shows the number of feedback items, categorized by score.
  10. Happiness Index : The average satisfaction level of team members over the last six months.
  11. Comments : Team members can register comments on the project (anonymously, if they prefer) so that the Project Manager can be aware of certain issues, risks, or any other relevant information from the team. This chart shows the total number of project comments submitted by team members, distinguishing those that have not been marked as read by the Project Manager.
  12. Top Workers : Ranking of the top 10 team members with the most approved hours over the last six months.
  13. Top Spenders : Ranking of the top 10 team members with the most approved expenses over the last six months.

As a RM, I can see the dashboard for all resource pools by switching on the toggle ‘ Show All Resource Pools ’.

By using the ‘Customize’ button, RM can add or remove charts.

Users can download a pdf by clicking on the ‘PDF’ icon.

Users can maximize or minimize the charts.

Users can filter the charts.

Users can check the dashboard for a specific Team Members
