As a PMO, I can control tasks by work packages

Project managers (PM), and other managers (PMA, PMO, PfM, PgM), can control task assignments at CONTROL > Control Tasks, selecting the work package. Tasks can be filtered by state (incomplete, completed, all) or by a time frame.

Select a task to see the task name and team members assigned with RASCI codes (Responsible, Accountable, Supportive, Consulted, Informed).

Project Managers (PM) can edit these fields:

  • Start: Scheduled date to start this task.
  • Due: Scheduled date to finish this task.
  • Link: Web link associated with the task. Use it to link reference documents.
  • Task Description.
  • Email Reminders to attendees : Sent an email reminder :
    ✔️One Day Before
    ✔️On Due Date
    ✔️One Day After

PM can ‘Mark As Complete’ to the task by clicking on ‘Mark Complete’ button. Once completed the task, the check icon is converted into a check fill icon.
