As a SH, RQ, SP, FM, PM, I can review the project reports

The Project Manager (PM), also PMO, PMA, PfM and PgM, and Stakeholders (SH), Requester (RQ), Sponsor (SP) and the Functional Manager(FM), can review the project reports at CONTROL > Status Reports:

In the summary view, they can see the traffic light color and data date for the project itself (Work Package #0).

The project status report, as of a given review date, can be produced at CONTROL > Health Checks.

Reliable organizations can certify these status reports, so that they cannot be altered. Then an icon is shown before the traffic light. This icon indicates if a status report has been published, verified, or invalidated.

Opening a project status report summary item, it can be deleted by clicking the “Delete” button. Header is formed by traffic light and date. Details are shown for WP#0’s status data:

Users can download these reports as a PDF file or XML file. Xlsx or .csv files can be uploaded later or [ from IPFS] in the REPORTS section of this project (or another) to keep evidence of project status as of a certain review date. Users can add or remove their own reports collection above:
