As a PfM, PMO, I can create a portfolio

Portfolio Managers (PfM), and also PMO, can create a new portfolio by clicking the ‘Add Portfolio’ button. A portfolio can be deleted by clicking the ‘Portfolio Settings’ icon [⚙️], meaning that the portfolio component projects will not belong to that portfolio anymore.
