As a PM, RQ, I can include the project in management groups

Project Managers (PM) and other manager roles (PMA, PMO, PfM, PgM), and also Requesters (RQ), can include the project in some management groups at INITIATION > Project Data > Include:

  • Business Unit: Every project belongs to a business unit. The business unit can be changed here.
  • Program: The project can be included in one program here. Click the “delete” icon to remove the project from a program.
  • Portfolios: The project can be included in one or many portfolios here. Click the “delete” icon to remove the project from a portfolio.
  • PM Assistants: The project can be managed by one or many assistants with the role PMO Supportive (PMA). Use this section to select one or many PMA. Click the “delete” icon to remove a PMA.
  • Tags: The project can have one or many tags. Use tags to filter projects in project lists. Click the “cross” icon [X] to remove a tag.
