As a TM, I can join a task

Team Members (TM) can uncheck [Filter My Tasks] to see all tasks of work packages they are assigned to. Tasks they are not assigned will show a button to join [Join]:

Team Members (TM) can join a task proactively, but they can only be released by the PM.
