As a PM, I can plan tasks
Tasks are works that can be assigned to one or more team members. Tasks can have many attributes, such as description, assignees, collaborators, start and finish dates, percent complete, impediments, dependencies, documents, and other references, etc. Any task can have only two possible states: incomplete or completed.

In PMPeople, any task belongs to a project work package. Global tasks belong to work package #0.
Project managers (PM), or other managers (PMA, PMO, PfM, PgM), can plan a new task by clicking the “plus” icon [+] at PLAN > Plan Tasks:

Inside option PLAN > Plan Tasks, tasks details can be opened by clicking the task name. Once opened, click the “Delete” button to delete the task. Here you can also edit task fields:

- Work Package: Project work package including this task can be changed here.
- Task Name.
- Start Date: Scheduled date to start this task.
- Due Date: Scheduled date to finish this task.
- Link: Web link associated with the task. Use it to link reference documents.
- Email Reminders to attendees : Sent an email reminder :
✔️One Day Before
✔️On Due Date
✔️One Day After - Description : Description of the task.
If a task management tool like Asana is connected, you can sync all connected packages at once in section PLAN > Plan Tasks, clicking the button [Import Tasks]:

If there are new tasks in Asana, they will be added to the task list in PMPeople:
