Team members (TM) can register their happiness index, quite useful for agile retrospectives, at ASSIGNMENTS > My Mood:

  • New records can be added by clicking the “plus” icon [+]. Existing records can be filtered by dates.

  • Each record includes a date, a scoring from 1 (poor) to 5 (awesome), and some optional positiveand/or negative comments. Authors will not be shown to managers.

  • Records can be deleted with the “Delete” icon and edited with the “pencil” icon.

Edit record details a date choosing a score from 1 (poor) to 5 (awesome):

Team Members (TM) can also register a happiness index with the mobile application.
