As a RM, I can create a resource pool
Resource Managers * (RM) and Project Management Office (PMO) can create a new resource pool by clicking the “Add Resource Pool*” button. A resource pool can be deleted by clicking the “BU Settings” icon. Team Members belonging to a deleted resource pool can be assigned to another one.

After creating a new resource pool, the team member list is empty. Resource Managers (RM) can add team members to a resource pool.
Resource Managers * (RM) and also PMO, can set enterprise environmental factors affecting all team members belonging to the resource pool at *RESOURCE POOL SETTINGS :

- Consumer Business Units: Select which BUs this resource pool is serving team members to, so that projects of these BUs can assign team members from this resource pool.
- Contractors : Reuse or create contractors providing team members to this resource pool.
- Job Categories : Reuse or create job categories for team members in this resource pool.
- Skills : Reuse or create job skills for team members in this resource pool.
