As a TM, I can report my expenses
Team Members (TM) can report expenses at tab EXPENSES. Click button [New Expense], select one of the possible assignments, and enter at least the amount and the cost category (meal, taxi, mileage, etc.):

If needed, enter an explanation to be read by the project manager, a receipt photo, etc.:

Expenses are grouped by date, in chronological order, latest first. One date can have several expenses, each one coming from different assignments:

There are 4 possible expense statuses for a day:
- In Progress: User has not yet submitted the expense to the project manager.
- Submitted: User has submitted the expense to the project manager.
- Approved: Project manager has approved the expense.
- Rejected: Project manager has rejected the expense.
There are 4 possible expense statuses for a week:
- In Progress: Some expenses of the week are in progress.
- Submitted: All expenses for the week are submitted.
- Approved: All expenses for the week are approved.
- Rejected: Some expense of the week is rejected.
Team Members (TM) can report expenses with the mobile application. Click the tab Expenses, select the week and the day, select one of the possible assignments, and enter at least the amount and the cost category (meal, taxi, mileage, etc.):

Click a day to see the expenses reported for that day. Click the “information” icon to see a summary with the expenses for this [Day], this [Week], this [Month], and [Today]:

Expenses can be entered any time, but they will be effective after submission:

Click the “menu” icon to submit the expenses for the day [Submit Day] or for the week [Submit Week]. Users can only edit “in progress” or “rejected” expenses.
