As a PgM, PMO, I can manage program components
Any project can be included as a program component by entering the project and selecting the portfolio from a list at INITIATION > Project Data > Include. On the other hand, Program Managers (PgM) can add projects to a portfolio entering that portfolio and using the project private code. PMOs can also add projects to a program by selecting the project from the organization’s project list.

Inside a program, any project can be removed as a program component by clicking the “delete” icon.
Individual program components can be managed as projects by Program Managers (PgM), the same way a Project Manager (PM) does. Program Manager (PgM) can click project name to enter and manage a project.
