As a RM, PMO, I can create a resource pool
Resource Managers (RM) and Project Management Office (PMO) can create a new resource pool by clicking the “Add Resource Pool” button. A resource pool can be deleted by clicking the “RP Settings” icon [⚙️]. Team Members belonging to a deleted resource pool can be assigned to another one.

After creating a new resource pool, the team member list is empty. Resource Managers (RM) can add team members to a resource pool.
Resource Managers (RM) and also PMO, can set enterprise environmental factors affecting all team members belonging to the resource pool at RESOURCE POOL SETTINGS :

- Consumer Business Units: Select which BUs this resource pool is serving team members to, so that projects of these BUs can assign team members from this resource pool.
- Contractors: Reuse or create contractors providing team members to this resource pool.
- Job Categories: Reuse or create job categories for team members in this resource pool.
- Skills: Reuse or create job skills for team members in this resource pool.
- Units: Reuse or create units of measurement for material resources in this resource pool. Units are used to define how material usage is planned and tracked (for example, Hours, Pieces, Liters, or Kilograms).
- Categories: Reuse or create material resource categories for this resource pool. Categories help organize material resources into logical groups, making them easier to manage and assign to projects and work packages.

Resource Managers (RM) and PMO can set a default chart for a specific resource pool dashboard.
